Trust charter

Privacy, photos and legal notice

Learn how MORPHO.AI handles the information required for your workspace, records and analyses you authorise.

Version effective 15 October 2026

Commitment 1

Separate consent

Separate permission is requested before an analysis uses the relevant person’s photos.

Commitment 2

Transparent information

Features that use photos or answers explain their purpose before an analysis starts.

Commitment 3

Separated access

Access is organised by account, workspace and role to limit viewing to authorised people.

Commitment 4

Controls in your workspace

You can manage consent and export available data from the settings provided.

Information we process

MORPHO.AI processes information required for your account: email address, profile, preferences, workspaces, members, records, questionnaire answers, results and subscription information.

This information provides requested features, organises access, displays history and supports plan management.

Photos and permissions

Photos are kept in private storage when they are added to the relevant record. Access is limited by account and workspace rules.

Using photos for an analysis requires explicit consent. Withdrawing consent blocks new uses, without cancelling processing already sent.

AI-assisted analysis

When you start an analysis after consent, the required photos and answers are sent to the analysis service configured by MORPHO.AI to produce the requested result.

The result is intended for aesthetic and educational support. It is not a medical diagnosis or dermatological opinion.

Your choices and rights

You can update some information, manage permissions and export available data from your workspace settings.

For requests about your data or exercising your rights, use the contact information that will be published when the commercial service opens.

Your workspace, your choices

Start with a clear journey.

Create your workspace and keep control over permissions before every analysis.
